Can I send Little Pixie Gifts from Overseas?
Absolutely. We accept orders from customers all over the world, however please note that delivery is only available within Australia at this time. To order from outside Australia, please order online.

Is GST included in the Prices?
Yes, GST is included in all our prices. You will see GST included separately during the check out process and in the auto-generated receipt that you will receive. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

How can I pay for my purchases?
You may pay by Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Dines Club (in Australian dollars). On processing your order, we must authorise the full amount of the payment, including freight. Website payments are processed in real time for your security. We never hold your credit card details on our website.

For all online credit card payments we use secure encrypted SSL payment technology connection to protect all sensitive information and transactions.

If you are uncomfortable sending your credit card details via the internet, please call us on 1300 889 796, and we will happily help you over the phone.

We also accept direct deposits and cheques (however these must be cleared prior to delivery).

When will my purchase arrive?
Your order will be packaged as quickly as possible after receipt of your order. We aim to send our gifts the same day we receive the order. We aim for next day delivery in capital cities. Some country areas will take longer, and it is best to estimate 2-4 days for your gift to arrive in a remote destination. Delivery to Western Australia takes at least 7 days.

Please note. While we do everything possible to ensure the fastest possible delivery, once the package is in the hands of the courier, unexpected delays do sometimes occur and we cannot be held responsible for travel delays.

Do You Have a Liquor License?
Yes. Little Pixie Gifts is fully licensed to supply alcohol in our Gift Hampers. Our Liquor License Number is 46105565.
