All prices listed on www.littlepixiegifts.com.au are inclusive of GST. All items are subject to stock availability. If due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, Little Pixie Gifts guarantees that such substitution will be of equal or greater value. Please note that for photographic purposes props such as dishes and glasses may have been used. However all gift option contents are itemised fully and are fairly described in the website.

The products and services offered for sale by Little Pixie Gifts are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts. The products and services are not available to person under the age of 18 years old and any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.

Delivery

We ship Australia-wide via contract Couriers. Weekend or Public Holiday delivery may be available in the Brisbane metropolitan area, if specifically organised in advance, with Little Pixie Gifts. Special deliveries will incur a delivery fee.

Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Where possible, please supply a business address for deliveries.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, Little Pixie Gifts are not responsible for the gift delivery and cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place. However we will do our utmost to track the gift and report back to the client the anticipated delivery time and date. We accept no responsibility for the freight component of the transaction and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein:

• We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.
• Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
• Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Delivery Outside of Australia

We do not deliver outside Australia at this time.

Christmas Deliveries

Orders will be accepted as late in December as possible, but to avoid any disappointment we suggest that you place your orders early!

Gift Cards

We are pleased to enclose your personal hand written message with each gift on Little Pixie Gifts' complementary gift card. Please be advised that Little Pixie Gifts accepts no responsibility whatsoever for misspelt names and addresses on the gift card or envelope. It is our clients responsibility to advise our consultants of any varied spelling of the recipients name or address.

Dispute & Refund Policy

Any alleged discrepancy in relation to anything purchased from Little Pixie Gifts must be notified to Customer Service within 24 hours of being delivered. Little Pixie Gifts will investigate such discrepancies but reserves the right to be the final arbiter in the event of any dispute.

We hope all our customers are very satisified with our service and we will do our best to rectify any matters should you feel unsatisifed with your purchase. However, as stated in our shipping terms, we cannot take repsonsibilty for items that are damaged in transit after being sent from our premises.

Access to this website and use of any information contained on it, including the use of a credit card or other debit device, or creation of any liability or obligation in connection with the access to or use of the website is at the user's sole risk. In no event will Little Pixie Gifts be liable to you or to any third party for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits or savings) arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website.

Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you must cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible.

Orders canceled before shipping will be refunded in full.

Once an order has been shipped or delivered a refund cannot be made.
